About the Role

The HR Coordinator will work closely with the leadership team and play a key role within the BC wider team. Supporting part of the recruitment operation, day-to-day HR, and People and Culture operations, facilitating a collaborative approach to achieving the strategic and business priorities of the business. This role will continue to evolve as the business continues to grow.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

The ideal person for this role will have/be:

  • Ownership of Human Resources administrations tasks
  • Create, maintain and audit all talent personnel files
  • Edit and post job advertisements according to position requirements
  • Produce and maintain branding content on social networking platforms to build a strong brand image for future talent.
  • Facilitate weekly staff meetings and internal regular knowledge share meeting
  • Lead regular internal team building content and processes
  • Work with all internal teams to review and check in staff’s performance and sentiment.
  • Ad-hoc duties as instructed by the management team.

About You

The ideal person for this role will have/be:

  • Multilingual and proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Experience in a similar HR or admin role
  • An excellent eye for detail and passion for the candidate’s experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (Mandarin & English)
  • Strong organizational and process skills
  • Ability to evaluate and prioritize conflicting tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
  •
