About the Role

The main role of Account Manager will be enabling Australian brands in planning and executing the market solutions towards the Vietnam market. You will ensure a high quality of service is delivered to each of your clients with a focus on planning. You will also work closely with the Account Director and with the Creative, Digital and Strategy teams to bring campaigns to life!

You will have the ability to manage multiple client relationships, plan across Australian and Vietnam digital media channels and manage workflows.


Duties and Responsibility: 

  • Work with the Director to ensure the clients’ needs are met. 
  • Maintaining great working relationships with clients, attend brand planning workshops and client presentations. 
  • Overseeing all ecommerce business activities and improving/ optimizing different stages of brand development. 
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce, and incorporating them into the business strategy. 
  • Developing and executing campaigns and promotions to launch products to market. 
  • Playing an active role in ensuring that unique and ground-breaking ideas are developed. 
  • Managing the workflow to ensure that tasks are delivered on time and the team are continually learning. 

About You

  • Ideally 2-3 years experience in a similar role, proficient in Chinese and Vietnamese (oral & written)
  • A strong understanding of Vietnam market, consumer behaviour, ecommerce dynamic, etc. 
  • Be familiar with search engines and social media channels in Vietnam market. 
  • A motivated and driven individual with strong ability to manage and develop client relationships. 
  • Can-do attitude & great attention to detail. 
  • Bachelor Degree (or above) in Business/ Commerce or relevant field is a strong advantage.
