Zesty Paws made its vibrant debut at Pet Expo Singapore, the nation’s largest pet event, held at Singapore EXPO Hall. As the appointed event management agency, Brand Catalyser led the brand’s activation and engagement efforts across three exciting days. From overseeing on-site operations to designing all booth visuals, it was a full-scope execution powered by the collaboration of the Brand Catalyser team.


On-site: Tail Wags and Warm Receptions
The event welcomed over 2,000 visitors throughout the weekend, and the response from pet parents was overwhelmingly positive! Curious paw parents and adorable fur friends, including rare breeds, filled the booth with energy and enthusiasm. The vibrant atmosphere reinforced Zesty Paws’ positioning as a fun and trusted supplement brand for pets.
Treats to Conversions: The Secret to Singaporean Sales
With this experience, we observed that Singaporean pet owners are highly invested in their pets' wellbeing and were open to trying or purchasing new products. The freebie-first strategy, which offered samples in exchange for attention, successfully boosted both brand awareness and conversion rates.
As a result, Zesty Paws’ Shopee store saw a notable uplift in performance during the event period, directly linked to the buzz created by the on-ground activation!


Quick Pivots for Pawsitive Engagement
Despite running out of trial packs midway through the event, the team quickly pivoted by offering branded merchandise in exchange for social media follows. This simple switch maintained strong engagement levels and demonstrated the importance of adaptability during live activations.
Limited booth space also posed challenges in visual presentation and storage, an area Brand Catalyser aims to improve with multifunctional displays in future events. This experience emphasized the importance of anticipating demand and optimizing logistics, especially in high-traffic environments.
