Mirvac is a world-class Australian property group with award winning development across the residential, retail, office & industrial, and build to rent sectors. Brand Catalyser was tasked to assist Mirvac in tapping to the Australian-Chinese community and the overseas market, particularly Hong Kong.
In our approach to with Mirvac, Brand Catalyser tailored solutions to meet Mirvac’s needs which included conducting WeChat media buy and executing large-scale social ads where we managed projects both in Victoria and New South Wales simultaneously. Brand Catalyser aligned our goals with Mirvac in order to have an overall cohesive execution of tailored strategies. Mirvac was also looking to acquire more qualified leads as well as extend the user journey. Brand Catalyser pre-screened potential leads in order to meet these goals. Additionally, we also executed PR and media releases, and engaged with Hong Kong listing platforms to achieve the desired result.
Through the outlined strategies Brand Catalyser was able to continuously drive leads for Mirvac’s projects based in Victoria and New South Wales. We were also able to establish a stronger online presence for Mirvac within the Chinese community in Australia.
