Established in 2005, Romano Property Group (RPG) specialises in the development of properties across various assets including medium-density residential, retail, commercial office, medical and many more, within the Melbourne metropolitan area.
No.8 Grattan St was one of the high-end projects that RPG developed which includes a total number of 15 luxurious apartments. With collaboration being one of its core values, RPG reached out to Brand Catalyser with a focus on establishing strong groundings in digital presence, to stay on top of the real estate market.

Brand Catalyser tailored a media marketing strategy for No. 8 Grattan - with careful considerations to align with the budget and client’s needs.
We came up with a portfolio approach that not only engages with major real estate platforms such as REA & Domain, but also extends our reach via niche platforms with a percentage to get through filtering the audience.
At the same time, we also created and launched a luxurious profile to specifically target the Australian Chinese market on SEM and social platforms, especially on WeChat. From organic copywriting to typesetting, No.8 Grattan has been successfully paired with a tone and image - that aligns with the brand position and values that RPG has aimed for.
Result
8 months into the Campaign, Brand Catalyser has helped No. 8 Grattan Street nurture more than 1,000 qualified customer leads, which has had 9 out of 15 apartment sales converted from. This has given RPG a tremendous impetus in pushing forward with the upcoming construction phase, making No.8 Grattan a very successful project for RPG.
