Challenge

WOLF International Group is an Australian-owned property development and construction company. They are a bold and innovative company that are known to deliver a project from conception to completion with seamless communication along the way. Brand Catalyser was tasked with organising the Wolf Group Annual Gala Dinner. With a guest list boasting 200 VIP guests that included council officials, we strove to help Wolf Group to celebrate their company milestones.

Strategy

Set in the Grand Hyatt Melbourne, Brand Catalyser aimed to create a memorable event for the esteemed guests. Brand Catalyser organised on-site decorations as well as performances to match the grandeur of WOLF Group's achievements. Additionally, we handled the administration side, organised the runsheet and speech notes to ensure the event ran smoothly.

Solution

Brand Catalyser takes pride in surpassing our clients' expectations. We led the event with glitz and glam in mind. While ensuring a smooth running sheet and adequate entertainment to wow VIP guests, business partners as well as their families. The event was an overall success with unforgettable moments.
