Montgomery International Consultant (Montic) is a premier migration, education and investment advisory firm dedicated to providing professional and outstanding services to our clients from China and other countries as a subsidiary company of Montgomery (Australia) Group. With nearly 18 years of professional experience, Montic has successfully helped more than ten thousand people to complete their migration application or school enrollment in Australia.

Montic’s Chinese website underwent a series of technical updates in 2019, which inevitably impacted the website’s search engine optimisation (SEO) performance. Brand Catalyser helped to provide SEO solutions to improve Montic’s organic search result ranking on targeted keywords on Google and increase organic search traffic.

Strategy

The SEO solution implemented includes the following aspects:

  • Performing SEO audit and keyword planning
  • Making SEO optimisation plans based on requirements
  • Performing both on-site and off-site SEO operations
  • Monitoring optimisation performance monthly, generating reports, and adjusting the optimisation plan according to business requirements
  • Performing regularly SEO maintenance

Performance

Three months after the start of SEO implementation:

  • Organic search traffic increased by 1.83%

  • Traffic conversion increased by 140%

  • The number of search terms ranking top 3 in search engine result pages (SERPs) has increased by 48%

Six months after the SEO implementation, organic search traffic of Montic’s website increased by 39.83%. Also, over 90% of targeted keywords were consistently in the top 3 on SERPs.
