Brand Catalyser was tasked to help Natio build a stronger brand identity, credibility and engage with their target audience using clear messages to drive considerations and trigger curiosity about Natio products.
While working with Natio, Brand Catalyser aimed to promote the brand by introducing hero products from multiple categories via a mix of media channels. We planned to engage in omni-media and AIPL strategies to reinforce Natio's brand perception step by step.
Owned media we engaged with: WeChat, Weibo, LRB Official account nurture customers with informative articles, brand voice and messages.
Paid media we engaged with: WeChat Moments H5 ads, WeChat sponsored content, and Weibo feed ads reach Australian Chinese and Chinese community to enhance engagement and trigger interest.
Earned media we engaged with: Chinese SEO/ WeChat mini-store aimed to increase search volume and drive traffic to E-commerce stores.
Brand Catalyser also engaged in influencer marketing by working with Little Red Book, Weibo, Tiktok, Bilibili KOLs and KOCs content to enhance consumer interest and trigger purchase decisions.
Natio Chinese Solutions concluded with a dramatic increase in the number of Natio's WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book Official account followers.
Brand and social engagements dramatically increased alongside content quality, over 150 people left comments within 24 hours of the campaign launch.
