Challenge

The nutrition market in the China is highly saturated and crowded - especially with Australian brands for its high-quality genuine ingredients. Nutra-Life is a long-standing brand with a proud heritage of 50 years in Australia. Brand Catalyser was tasked to help Vitaco Nutrition to stand out in an already saturated market. In order to penetrate the market, the brand requires a strong position in the health food and supplement to enable cross-border e-commerce and expand its market share in both China and Australia. 

Strategy

Brand Catalyser provided an end-to-end marketing solution encompassing KOL, Daigou networks, celebrity in both China and Australia on social and e-commerce channels like Weibo, Taobao Livestream and Little Red Book. A series of launch events are also organised to create buzz about Vitaco Nutrition by utilising both online and offline media.
